- Lead the re-development of GHD’s website project, including design, content collation and selection and migration to a new Content Management System. Project involved coordinating internally with senior staff, internal marketing network, corporate information services and external vendors/agencies.- On going maintenance of ghd.com, through mentoring marketing staff throughout the internal network on the use of the CMS in addition to implementing changes myself.- Implementation of e-Mail marketing to GHD. Manage, develop and promote skill capabilities to provide this facility throughout the GHD’s marketing network for external events/ ePostcards/ eNewsletters through the development of standardised html templates.- Developed online component of visual style guide for GHD. Document defines GHD’s branding and marketing collateral to be used in go-to market. - Leading GHD’s approach to social media, including writing company’s policy and overseeing GHD’s twitter recruitment drive, Facebook and LinkedIn presence as well as overseeing internal activities using Yammer.- Search engine optimisation (SEO) and Search Engine Marketing (SEM) – implementation of SEO and SEM techniques and initiatives.

- Custodian of DHL’s Online Marketing initiatives across Oceania, including;- Devise & implement online strategy; focusing online search ability (both organic & sponsored) and traffic flow optimisation for both www.dhl.com.au & www.dhl.co.nz- Project Manage implementation of Proposal builder – online tool that sales force use to custom build proposal folders for customers.- Assist the Communications Manager in planning, implementing and controlling all online advertising activities, e.g Banner Ad’s.- Manage the development and execution of all external email communications
