Build and lead a high performing team of transition advisors and support staff to deliver high qualityproactive transition services to Rangatahi and communities across Aotearoa. Utilise subject matter expertise and experience to provide insightful, succinct, and up to dateadvice to senior leadership and colleagues.Articulate the transition service to an exceptional level and adapt communication style andmessaging based on the differing audiences that are being presented to, including internal andexternal stakeholders.Strategic overview and understanding of the service line model of work and the boundariesencountered when considering the operational delivery responsibilities.Post implementation support of the transition service, including development and presentation ofrelevant information to many audiences including Oranga Tamariki sites, social work induction andpartnering agencies.Work closely with regional teams across Oranga Tamariki to identify and promote opportunities toimprove outcomes for young people and young adults.Cross Agency networking and support with both government and non-government includingCorrections, Ministry of Social Development, Ministry of health, Police, Iwi.
