This has included significant involvement in the driving of business improvement and change. Notable successes include:• Achieving growth objectives in ACCESS (Serco/Glasgow Council JV) allowing 100% Revenue increase over 4 years• Successfully driving and controlling a complex £100m transformation plan in Siemens Business Services, National Savings Account• Leading all Finance and commercial aspects of the Siemens NS&I back office offshoring project, delivering multi-million pound annual savings• Managing and safely controlling a major FM incident in an NS&I property, to prevent closure and relocation of the business Division.I now offer various Finance and Commercial services through Dalfruin Consulting Ltd, including:• leadership and development of business planning, business cases and new business proposals• business improvement review to identify cost savings and revenue opportunities• process review and change managementI am delighted to be able to offer these services to both large and SME businesses.Recent projects have included development of business cases for Heriot-Watt University, including the successful bid for funding for the UK National Robotarium - part of the Edinburgh City Deal Initiative - and support of the West Mercia Police Business Services Programme, through the Outcome Delivery Network.
