To manage a designated number of high street travel agents and national call centres following an agreed call cycle within a defined region of the UK, whilst ensuring that promotion plans are coordinated via the relevant 'Regional Sales Managers' and 'Cruise Coordinator' equivalents. Ensuring throughout that the travel trade within the region are educated and motivated in order that they may sell all branded products.Duties also included:.• Relationship Management • Build MI for agent visits and for delivery at key stake holder meetings• Generate increased brand awareness by coordinating ship tours, arranging group workshops• Marketing support – proofing adverts, generating offers to assist market share /revenue.
