• Developed an electrical feedthrough solution for use at extreme temperatures.
• Developed an extraction process to remove a fragile stack safely from its housing with very tight space requirements.
• Devised a set of tests and requirements for high temperature gasket investigation in order to evaluate various gasket materials and installation parameters.
• Development of a Manifold system connecting gas inlets and outlets between the product and the system with a high focus on the flow dynamics.
• Gained new experience of working with high temperature materials.
• Learned to use Inventor and Vault to a high level.

• Design and testing of mechanical components and assemblies in headsets and headset accessories. Analysis of test failures to find improvement areas to product design.
• Preparation and organisation for prototype parts to be machined or 3D printed for early testing and evaluation.
• Devising Design Verification Tests for products and co-operation with the Test Engineer regarding test plans.
• Involved in programs identifying areas where cost could be reduced or eliminated.
