- Defined, developed and built processes around an internal strategic events agency, centralizing event management across all of MLSEs properties by identifying and delivering on solutions to grow our business objectives and meet client expectations. - Created a new revenue model based on partner integration into all major events that drove an additional $500K in revenue, allowing growth of events beyond client expectation. - Through internal and external relationship management our base event business volume grew from $3MM to +$8MM annually, while driving $300K year over year savings for MLSE. - Redefined our Playoff Tailgate structure to grow “Jurassic Park”, leading to excess revenue growth, partner integration as well as attendance capability. - Led, mentor and develop a team of 11 full-time staff and over 80 part-time staff through execution of over 200 events per year.
