To meet the capability development needs of the organisation I worked in consultation with key stakeholders across the business to build and deliver face-to-face training and roll out online learning using various LMS platforms. I was responsible for the management, coordination, design and delivery of hybrid learning, face-to-face training, and online learning across the organisation. Working with managers, a team of course creators was established to help develop a wide range of bespoke online learning courses. In total 110 modules and programs were designed and developed, the bulk of the library comprised of e-learning courses, deployed across a wide selection of role-based learning journeys. Up to 1700 employees and 3600 volunteers were active learning participants at various levels and stages including all Corporate Shared Service teams. The bulk volume of training that was delivered involved delivery teams across Queensland such as: - 35 Gym and Fitness Centres - 21 Gymnastics Centres - 56 Police Citizens and Youth Clubs (PCYC’s) - 103 Outside School Age Care (OSHC) Services - Youth and Community, Sport and Recreation Programs. -
