So, how do I help people and businesses with financial products?By working in partnership with them to review where they are, what their goals are and how they can get there.Financial products such as commercial loans, invoice finance, asset finance and trade finance all help to level out the cash flow challenges that almost every business has. And we all know that cash is king!Our job is to connect you with the right lender and to make sure that the right facility, at the right price, is put in place to support your growth and success.My work life has been incredibly varied. I've had phenomenal experiences in dealing with warehouse and logistics operations, sales cold calling, networking, business development and marketing, and being part of an executive team leading over 400 people across multiple sites, working through one of the toughest business environments we've seen - post 2008, doing our best to keep the business going.My personal mission is to change the business world, to help support bring about a new way of thinking about how we play this game of work - not just to think about maximising shareholders' funds, but by positively impacting on the world around us by taking a holistic approach to business leadership, working with stakeholders at all levels - customers, suppliers, our community and our environment and, as important as anything else, our employees.
