Following a return to work after initially retiring in September 2021 I have returned to retirement.

Returned from retirement to support the Chemicals business till late 2022 then moved to a contract supporting the Ineos FPS business in January 2023 working as HR Adviser and working with the teams in Grangemouth and Aberdeen Kingswells.

Moved to the role of Employee Engagement Manager in late 2008. Responsible for engagement across our Global business areas. Initial focus on recent staff survey results as well as an online training package on Diversity. Maintain relationship management role with external HR suppliers including a specific focus on Recruitment suppliers.

Management of the HR Services area encompassing Recruitment, Graduate Recruitment, Qualifications Centre, HR Administration and HR Benefits. Also with responsibility for relationship with external suppliers to HR particularly in the Recruitment arena

I worked in a mixture of roles at RBS starting in Grangemouth Central Branch of the RBS Branch Network, then in other branches for 10 years, worked in the Technology area in Fettes Row for 3 years then into Human Resources in early 1992. I worked in a mix of Training, Learning and Development, Reward and latterly HR Shared Services roles. I had involvement.
