My role supported high growth markets with the provision of customer and product profitability analysis , contract risk improvement , improved internal control and MI systems, tight working capital management in a business growing organically and through acquisition. Additionally acquired and integrated two competitors, restructured UK manufacturing footprint and reorganised under performing operations.
