I started my music industry journey 12 years ago at Three Six Zero Group, overseeing the remix roster with clients such as Calvin Harris, Deadmau5 and Nero. In 2012, I left to set up Playlist Agency – a boutique music agency specialising in artist development, management and consultancy. After guiding the dance duo "Blonde" to over 1.5 million singles in the UK, I then started developing Tom Misch. Over the past 10 years, I've worked with Tom to build his own label "Beyond the Groove" and release independently. He now has over 1.5 billion streams and is playing sold out headline shows all over the world. Alongside artist management, I also consult to many major labels including Warner Records, Decca and Columbia and helps them to source their remix packages.
