I am a Chartered Civil Engineer and set up a Design and Build company based in Kent, designing and building large buildings for commerce and education, but also flats and care facilities and even a church. The company has been excelling in Design and Construction for 31 years and, as a family run business, places customer service and satisfaction as priorities.In 2018 my daughter Katy Barker, a Chartered Architect, took over the business.Specialties: as well as commercial buildings, we specialise in Sports Halls and other school buildings; delivering state of the art facilities at an exceptional price. We are well known for our no-nonsense attitude towards sustainability which is based on optimising the design and saving materials, which in turn saves our clients money too.We have an in-house design team which allows us to keep close control at all stages, ensuring value for money and genuinely fixed price projects.
