As manager of the Deployment Team within Kelway it is my responsibility to ensure that all professional service work is completed on time and to a high standard.My duties include:• Manage the team of engineers - including all aspects of performance management. • First point of contact for Opportunity’s team to begin qualification of new business relevant to the Deployment Department.• Techincal reference point for all sales staff when planning new projects/business.• Manage budget/P&L to maintain spend in line with budgetary limitations. • Ensure all systems and processes (i.e. timesheets, absence, etc.) used in an appropriate and timely manner by engineers.• Involvement in the recruitment and induction of all engineers.• Initiate and run all Appraisals carried out with the engineers on an annual basis with quarterly reviews.• Ensure that all administrative duties are planned and carried out in a timely manner in line with corporate goals • Authorisation of travel and expenses, with effective cost control. • Compliance with corporate HR policies. • Co-ordinate projects relevant to department • Maintain confidentiality in all business related matters. • Liaise with colleagues to ensure best practice and continual improvement in delivery of service to the business. • Established productive relationships and networks at an operational level to build and maintain customer relationships.
