I am fortunate to be part of a wonderful team of passionate Directors. Since 2023, I have served as Vice Chair and Chair of the Governance and Nominating Committee. Working closely with the CEO, senior management and Board, CSNS has truly transformed itself into a leading organization, advocate and service provider. I am very proud of the work we have collectively done to advance safety in the construction industry.

I truly enjoyed my time at the WCB Board. During my 9 years, I served on several committees including the Finance and Risk Committee, Investment committee, Governance and Policy Committee and most recently, over the last 18 months, Chaired the first WCB KPI committee. As an employer representative, I worked closely with my labour colleagues as we strived to achieve balance, sustainable and innovative solutions within a complex system.

Responsible for CNIB government relations, advocacy and program development across Atlantic Canada. Lead our Veteran’s programming and executive relations. Worked as part of a national team to gain support for library services. Lead the redesign of our national technical aids sale program.

Lead a team of exceptional senior directors. Held overall responsibility for CNIB’s Maritime Divisions, worked directly with provincial and district Boards. Oversight of operational, capital campaigns, technical aids sales, program and service delivery and revenue development. Was also General Manager for Caterplan food services through Atlantic Canada.

Responsible for overall operations , strategic planning, revenue generation, business development, board relations for CNIB and Caterplan New Brunswick Division.

Responsible for Halton-Peel district offices, staff operations and board relations. Workers closely with various provincial ministries, united ways, donors, etc.
