Key Responsibilities:• Accountable for the delivery of all Global Enterprise (Corporate) systems and services• Responsible for managing the commercial, performance and relationships with outsource applications development and management partners• Responsible for a team of 20 permanent employees located across 4 countries; and ~300 staff from support partners• Accountable for regional assurance of compliance to Global IT standards and FCA controls • Accountable for the $50.2m Enterprise Services budgetKey Achievements:• Achieved costs savings of $8.5m through the outsourcing of circa. 300 direct contract positions to an outcome based managed service• Successfully realigned the retained organisation by IT Service Lines with assigned budget responsibility• Successfully transitioned print services from Facilities Management, transforming the service from reactive to proactive and reducing service charges by $800k per annum• Lead the IT aspects of the BCP plan during the business evacuation from Egypt
