An accomplished Operations and Technical Project / Program / IT Director with experience gained from business start-ups through to major corporations.In 2006 I conceived and set up an online recruitment business - people4business.com - from which I exited in 2012.In 2013, I launched a new business - www.notjustavan.com. This was a major departure from my previous career and through it I provided a number of services from transportation to garden and household maintenance. My attention was initially focused on generating income from the services I offered to local businesses and consumers. This developed into a very successful small business with potential to build a franchise operation, which could operate anywhere in the UK.At this point, I was offered an opportunity too good to refuse - to take up a new role leading the Technical Services and Online Development Teams at Quadrant Subscription Services (part of the Air Business Group). Following on from this, I am delighted to have been offered the position of Group IT Director where I am now responsible for the delivery of IT Services across the wider Air Business Group of Companies.
