I led a team of SOW Specialists in their support of one of Kelly's Vantage Accounts. We focused on management of the VMS (SAP Fieldglass) and our many suppliers. We provided services to hundreds of customers within the account across North and South America. Our role was to supply technical & consulting assistance as well as issue resolution for contingent workforce operations totaling an annual global spend of more than $250M.

As part of the Program Management Office (or MSP), my goal was to assess client needs and vendor capabilities in order to find the best working model and options to fit the situation. I focused on the realistic application of these various working models in a contracted environment. I also performed operational assessments of existing ops to determine gaps in efficiency and model solutions that may better streamline workflow and meet customer demands.

In this role, I defined my success not by my achievements alone, but by the success of those employees and customers who depended on me. I worked both on-site and remotely for a Fortune 50 multinational client which is the second-largest key account within Kelly Services. My responsibilities ranged from large, persistent project & personnel management to smaller, iterative-based initiatives. I led seven teams with more than seventy employees and was responsible for ensuring the satisfaction and success of multiple stakeholders.

I began work at this clients site performing validation duties for farms of pre-release systems and silicon. This included system / farm setup, configuration, and maintenance. The team I supported used both automated and manual testing and generated error reports. we then added these to an online system with the info on the suspected component at fault. As team lead I also helped with new employee training, client forecast alignment, and task delegation.

I was the first instructor hired on at the Northern California Campus for a growing technical post-secondary education establishment. As such, I held the responsibility of facility development and grew the role into a curriculum development over my ~5 years there. We had the privilege or helping more than 350 students graduate and move on to pursue their dreams in the audio industry.
