Kinlab is a sports experience design consultancy. During my time there we partnered with Australian Sports Commission to build digital capability across the sports sector via the co-design digital strategies for each sport and an underlying enabling strategy for Sport Australia. We also delivered research based strategies for Australian Institute of Sport, Cricket Australia, Hockey (whole of sport), Surf Life Saving Australia, Surfing Australia and Disability Sports Australia.

Symplicit helps organisations innovate through behavioural research and strategic design. I established Symplicit's QLD office, setting up a remote working model for the new team and delivering projects for Suncorp, ANZ, Feros Care and Basketball Australia.

Digital Eskimo designed and made digital platforms and tools for purpose driven organisations. It also developed and launched social enterprises good.do and compostrevolution.com.au (both are thriving a decade later).Digital Eskimo was the first human centred design agency in Australia and the first to integrate HCD with agile delivery.

Clean up Australia runs community-based environmental clean up events - Clean Up Australia Day and Clean Up the World. I sold and managed corporate sponsorships for Clean Up's programs, and launched and managed Clean Up's public fundraising program, True Green.

I was responsible for the design and administration of support services to Toyota's direct and online marketing program.
