I was responsible for the development and sale of QA's suite of bespoke Professional Development and Management training courses for the NHS, generating over £3.5 million of revenue over 7 years. In addition I have been responsible for the development and sale of a suite of NHS focused, CMI and ILM accredited Leadership & Management Apprenticeships. Following the commencement of the Apprenticeship levy in April 2017 I we successfully bid to deliver of programmes to 10 NHS Trusts.
