Developed out an agency network and services for the Topocean Group in Europe, Latin America & Australasia. Extending the Asia and US footprint of Top Ocean offices into new markets. Responsible for directing import & export sales and marketing efforts for Horizon Lines new Asian ocean carrier service from Shanghai & Ningbo to USA, starting on Dec.12th 2010.

• Responsible for developing complimentary Logistics products and services for Horizon’s emerging Transpacific International Ocean offering and developed and launched Horizon’s inhouse NVOCC.

• Built an E-Business department and project development team. This team built nine shipping business transaction products. Two of which were voted by the US military as the most mature in the global containerization business.• Responsible for developing business channels and opportunities for CSX/Horizon Lines under the newly formed Horizon Services Group technology and consulting company.• Developed and worked on several maritime homeland security projects including managing a consulting group on their 10+2 initiative.• Multiple relationships with Washington DC officials on the marine side, including DOT, Customs etc as well as congressional and house relationships and key chief of staff.

• Sea-land management training program, a multi-country/function 2 year training program.• Operation roles in trucking, vessel at the Port of Felixstowe and sales positions in London, Scotland and New York.• Worked on the Shipment Management Project, on a global implementation team rolling out international and domestic call centers, implementing new client-server technology with users based on legacy systems.
