This involved initial search and selection of a 3rd party partner to do the build and setting up internal systems, in conjunction with IT, that enabled ordering to be done effectively. Once this was in place I then produced and delivered internal training materials and set up external marketing of the proposition. After launch was responsible for the ongoing management of the range.
