• Source candidates and facilitate initial assessments to provide qualified candidates to hiring managers, with a specific emphasis on exempt and non – exempt level candidates. • Design recruiting strategies with hiring managers to include timelines, candidate pool development updates, web postings and social media advertising with LinkedIn, Facebook and Twitter.• Measure and report on Talent Acquisition metrics such as cost per hire, retention, diversity, time to fill, effectiveness of postings, etc.• Reach out to diverse organizations within the community to explore partnership and/ or sponsorship opportunities.• Coordinate the employment process and related activities with HR Generalists (such as Affirmative Action Plan development, OFCCP record keeping and audit support, etc). • Partner with department managers and HR Generalists on Workforce Planning initiatives. • Provide support to HR Generalist activities in identifying career development opportunities for specific client areas and other activities, as assigned. • Created and manage a third party vendor “partner” system consisting of executive search agencies, contractor staffing, and independent contractors, which has increased vendor response time to open positions and reduced the need/ cost to the business unit. • Establish and maintain relationships with colleges and universities.
