Responsible for designing, developing, standardizing, audit, and managing all IT related operations in multiple countries in Group.- Define the IT standard in operation and services. Standardize and define the SLAs for IT function teams- Develop and implement the standard for IT services for all Business Unit in Group, default hardware, software for end-users, standard in development and operation network, infrastructure and IT services for centers, branch sites, business unit, countries.- build the IT solutions for network, infrastructure, security, utilize the IT resource with the best effeteness.- Design and implement GRC framework, control IT budget plan OPEX and CAPEX, and strategize the IT business and goals through years.

Main responsible the technical operation aspects all IT network and infrastructure related system in company.Design, develop, implement, manage and maintain all company's IT network system, ensure Data Center, Standby DC, Disaster Recovery Site always meet the highest availability in all situations.Research, plan, develop, maintain, and strategize the company infrastructure in through years: VDI, Virtualization system (Hyper-V, VMware clustering), database(SQL), Web & Application platforms.Design, develop and manage the backup system, meet RTO and RPO following up the policies both local Branch and Group. Develop policies, operating procedures, and system administration according to information security standards (J-SOX, ITGC, ISO,ITIL, ISMS...).
