I’ve been currently working for BAT Viet Nam where I’m responsible for Leaf ESG, CSR, Sustainable Tobacco Program(STP) and input materials, Local Leaf purchase. I’m a former grower in Lam Dong province, Viet Nam, managing 1.5 ha of advanced-technological NFT lettuce greenhouse and a fruit crop nursery. I’m also a former intern of Agricultural training program in Israel. After studying and working in both Forestry and Agriculture sectors, I understand how connected it is between them, we can not be successful in one of them if losing the other. They are contributing to E and S pillar in ESG Agenda, in order to deliver ESG KPIs we need to balance and connect two those sectors and make them to support each other.
