As Technical Project Manager responsible of all the infrastructure projects related to our EMEA Branch offices. (Office creation, moves or expansion, Sites maturity upgrade...).I’m in charge of: - Define projects requirements and establish IT scope- Manage a site assessment to ensure the technical: functional and non-functional requirements to be aligned with the business needs- Break down cost to guarantee a correct internal invoicing- Provide recommendations on requests for invoicing project charges and running costs- Prepare, plan and monitor projects- Ensure to deliver projects on time, aligned with scope and quality standards- Design of IT infrastructure diagram (Layer 2 and 3) to guarantee an understanding of the IT requirements- Order IT equipment and services via Request For Services to the IT provider- Negotiate and challenge financial proposals from external IT provider- Communicate to all stakeholders about project definitions and ongoing decisions to ensure alignment on expectations/project deliverable- Anticipate, identify, evaluate and facilitate risks and issues- Provide action plan related to risks and issues- Unforeseen conditions in order to modify project execution plan as appropriate while managing multiple projects concurrently- Monitor projects actual costs against baseline budget- Deploy and troubleshoot all types of Telecom Devices/Network Elements/Infrastructure layer equipment- Help to implement new processes that achieve greater operational effectiveness and organizational synergies- Manage change management improvements in order to help users to adhere to existing processes - Write requirement documents upon completion of each project

(about 20 servers).• Responsible of the installation, management and deployment of VMware AirWatch for Luxembourg and worldwide offices (about 350 iPhones and 50 iPads).• Active directory management (Users and Groups management, GPO, Replication)• In charge of the follow up and projects integration with our external providers.(Salesforce / Thomson Reuters World-Check (KYC Data Screening) / Application server’s migration)• Improve the reliability, features and performance of more than 100 applications.• Prevent the repetition of issues through root cause analysis.• Logically work through problems to determine their cause and how they can be resolved.
