As worked like Sales Manager position to planning to developing US Carboline Brandname to Vietnam market with focusing on certain potential customer group whose had good financial condition such as customer belong to Petrovietnam Group, Foreign Invested Company, Private Company, etc.Convince customer and Consultant Company to adding Carboline Bandname in their vender list and technical specification for new project.Key responsibilities - Maintain and strengthen the relationship with present customer- Developing new customer- Preparing commercial & technical documentations for bidding new project- Preparing and carrying out the presentation for introduce Carboline Products system to new potential customer.- Develop and execute sales strategies - Co-Operation with technical service team for make customer satisfied.- Co-Operation with production and logistic department for on time delivery to met project fabrication schedule- Manage dept and payment for maintain the sound business condition.- Manage sales budgets and set targets Key achievements - Secured MLS project from Total Brunei with direct customer is Petrovietnam Group with total amount up to 450,000 USD just after Carboline New Factory in Vietnam start for production two months.- Continues to secured several package in NSRP project event Carboline is not in the vender list of this project.- Secured several Module of Ghana OCTP Development project from Yinson.- Successful for developing for certain customer in Vietnam such as: Lisemco, PTSC, Doosan, Korean Customer, Dai Dung, Thep Viet, Alpha ECC, Strategic Marine Vietnam, Lilama, Vivablast, Danieli, and other Foreign Customer group, etc.

- Preparing all related coating procedure and specification as per project’s requirement.- Verified the test panel for chose paint supplier.- Reviewing on the Coating procedure, Pipeline Coating, Field Joint Coating, Passive Fire Protection, Galvanizing, etc. from vendor.- Perform the inspection at site for surface preparation and coating application included Painting, Thermal Spraying Coating, Passive Fire Protection, Pipe Line Coating, Field Joint Coating, etc.- Coordinate with representative from customer, production team, sub-contractor on the working and inspection schedule.- Preparing the surface preparation and coating application report, Non Conformation Report, Technical Query, etc.- Distribution the daily, weekly inspection work for 03 other coating inspector.- Attending on the weekly and unforeseen meeting with project management team for working schedule and solve other related issues.

Coating survey for existing condition and advice new suitable coating system for maintenance project.- Preparing paint specification, procedure and technical advice for new customer and during inspection at site- Perform inspection on surface preparation and coating application.- Attending the pre-job meeting with customer and applicator to clear all related technical requirement and scope of work.- Preparing all daily painting report, Non Conformation Report, etc.
