- Receive brief from clients, plan and manage photoshoot project from start to end (concept ideas, communication messages, art directing, project timeline, talent casting & management, quality control ...)Client references: Panasonic, Vinmec, Gamuda Land, AIA, VNR, RMIT, USAID, Aus4Skills ...- Build & maintain social media presence to acquire new customers

- Collaborate with team to develop marketing plan (ATL/BTL) to promote brand and products with allocated budget (200,000 - 500,000 USD/each)- Execute and supervise agencies’ implementation of multi-channel mkt campaigns including Social Media, Digital Ads, SEO/SEM, Influencer marketing, E-mail & SMS marketing, Livestream, OOH, POSM, Event, Activation.- Create content (copywrite, photoshoot, video, visual designs) to publish on digital channels- Manage company’s Social Media platforms, Website and Applications- Build landing pages, functions and optimize user experience- Brainstorm ideas and participate in production of Key Visuals shooting/designs, TVC and other branding materials- Run events & activations: Press conference, exhibition, festivals, .. and special large scale events with over 15.0000 attendees (Ex: Yamaha Motor Expo, Countdown,..)- Conduct Digital Marketing training course for over 200 dealers nationwide- Monitor and report performance of marketing campaigns via monthly Social Listening reports. Identify trends and insights, propose solutions to Marketing Manager.

- Responsible for developing advertising solutions on company’s own publishers/ websites (Vietnamnet.vn, Tintuconline.vn, 2sao.vn, Gamesao.vn)- In-depth market research of digital advertising trends and platforms to provide new ad formats tailored to customer needs- Review and monitor clients’ advertising campaigns (Banner display, PR zone, Native ad, TVC, Mobile Ads, CPD, CPM)- In charge of all digital marketing activities to promote VNNShop brand and products (Social Media, PR, Display ad, Facebook ad, Website, Email & SMS marketing)- Assist Marketing Manager in data analysis, conducting report to submit to BOD and other general administrative tasks of Marketing center
