Ensure design for manufacturability.• Support to troubleshooting and fix the issue happen on the machine which running in production.• Work closely with Project Manager/Engineer/Local Vendor to meet project timeline and within budget.• Remote working via Hololens VR, Microsoft Teams,.. with Global Automation Team to set up a new machine.• Work under the Six Sigma Culture, Lean Manufacturing, and Continuous Improvement.• Looking for new features that help the production line to improve the process.• Work on documentation and training to standard the process until successfully handover to mass productionProject involved:0. EIT Champion Batch 20211. Auto Receiving Machine Line 1 & 2 • Set up the new coming machine.• Troubleshooting Hardware and Software issue and report Weekly with Global Automation Team and Functional Manager.• Test and debug machine control software.• Work with SAP system and Data engineer to ensure the machine can communicate with the system properly.• Coaching and training for SME, Supervisor, Operator to control and troubleshooting machine.2.TechMan Cobot for Birth Station• Develop the machine control software using C#/C++ • Work closely with vendor, Global Automation Team to integrate Cobot software into Jabil Automation software.• Coordinate with Auto team to finalize the drawing concept to deploy the machine in production.• Work with MES system and Data teams to ensure reliable and high integrity data transport between factory floor and database server.Besides, As a project management role & technical supporter, I have involved in several projects: Auto Unload Pallet, Auto Insertion , AIV, Pick to light system, Auto Labelling, Sky Conveyor… Show less
