Responsible for quality and delivery of global projects

Oversees the full project management life cycle and software development life cycle for the implementation of multiple highly complex, large-scale, strategic IT and business initiatives. Manages multiple project teams. Implementation of established policies, system monitors and controls to ensure successful management and reporting of all corporate initiatives in the program.- Supervision and leadership of program and project staff to oversee the impacts and interdependencies to ensure initiatives meet goals and objectives of SLT while ensuring customer satisfaction at the highest level. Contribution to continuous process improvements for projects within the program and programs across the project delivery organization.- Establish and implement metrics that measure project performance. Conduct project status review meetings and tracking of the open points and assigned task’s status.- Work with Project Managers to review, determine the project health by measuring the variance in scope, schedule, cost and quality from the respective baselines.- Conduct periodic project and process audits in conjunction with the company QA team. Ensure all projects adhere to the company’s base lined Quality Governance process guidelines. Resource usage tracking and ensure the optimized usage of resources. Mentor Project Managers with most effective execution of projects and resolve issues escalated by Project Managers. Facilitate improvements by empowering tools and methods to the Project Conduct & Management Process. Prepare, analyze and report enterprise wide report to the Chief Operating Officer and customers. Work with senior management and the HR team for career development of resources in the program

- Manage software development project activities for multiple projects across all project phases, including initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, control and closure.- Work collaboratively with development team, and the lead architect to determine technical direction and approach to system design and implementation.
