Talent management support:• Utilize social platforms such as LinkedIn, Facebook, YBox, and university networks to connect a pipeline of qualified candidates.• Participate in career fairs at local university to promote our company brand name and attract potential candidates.• Post job ads and screen potential resumes via mail to identify suitable candidates for the open roles.• Conduct phone interviews & send candidate summary reports to hiring managers.• Responsible for arranging interview timeslot between hiring managers and candidates to ensure no meeting overlaps.• Collaborate with senior recruiters to understand department needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.• Maintain accurate and up-to-date recruitment records and candidate databases.• Assist in performing other tasks as needed to support the team.Admin: • Support onboarding newjoiners in order to become fully integrated (including Bosch account, PC receiving schedule, distributing accessories) & offboarding process (including exit checklist)• System administration: create User IDs and PC for new hires; maintain employee records, oversee claims and payments; review contracts; manage exit procedures; receive/send goods.• Engagement Activities: request visitor cards; organize/ order flowers and teabreak department meetings, internal talkshow and workshop; long-year service celebration; gift & certificates distributions.• Collaborated with other departments for benefits, computer deployment and internal job rotation.

• Supported foreign lecturers and students at UEL as an Ambassador, spreading UEL's spirit to overseas students.• Collaborated with other collaborators on projects introducing UEL's exchange programs to foreign students.• Translated documents and designed posters to enhance the visibility of UEL's programs.

• Contacted potential sponsors to secure program budget, resulting in successful funding.• Built and maintained relationships with universities, clubs, and companies through effective communication.• Collaborated with Marketing and Event Teams to ensure program quality and success.• Assisted in organizing internal club training sessions.
