10/2016 ~Division 2 & Cloud Integration Divsion - Division ManagerFrom 10/2016, I became Division Manager to take a look over 40 members working together in different projects. All projects' main techniques are PHP (Laravel Framework), Swift (iOS), using various AWS technologies.I am also Division Manager of Cloud Integration Division. We are specially staff members with professional skill-set on AWS and Continuos Integration services based on years of experience serving our customers on Infrastructure and AWS domain.

06/2015 ~ 10/2016: Senior Bridge System EngineerMy job is to take control over the team from 7 ~ over 10 of developers and testers as Project Manager/Bridge System Engineer to maintain, develop or create the whole new web system including AWS servers infrastructure and iOS application for customer. Currently we use Agile development method with high speed, under high pressure but provide excellent product's quality for our customer. The techniques we are using are PHP (Laravel framework), HTML/CSS, JQuery, NodeJS, Websocket, Objective C (iOS App), Swift (iOS App), etc... integrated with AWS services to provide high availability system for customer. Current team is the greatest team i have had chance to work with.

Take role of Bridge System Engineer to support offshore development team. The task of Bridge System Engineer includes following:- Work with customer to clarify System Requirement Specification.- Answer Q&A from offshore development team during project development phase.- Support in creating and review following documents after delivered to customer:+ Logical design level 1, 2+ Physical design level 1, 2+ Integration Test Specs+ System Test Specs- Verify delivered source code from offshore team.- Create Acceptance Test Specs.- Execute Acceptance Test on PC, Mobile, Smartphone, Tablet.- Verify bugs and support team fix bugs during Acceptance Test phase.- Support User Acceptance Test.- Support releasing the source code.- Fix bugs.We used Java development language with full cycle of Waterfall development method.

From the beginning, i took the role of designer, designed the batch processes to execute data of big e-commerce system. After 4 months, i was promoted to be team leader of software design team to design one sub-system in big re-construct e-commerce project. After 1 year busy with this team, i went to Kyoto and joined the staff of Japanese team to support deployment of system to production environment. During the work in FPT Software i have joined Bridge System Engineer/Japanese Training Course to start learning Japanese from zero and back to work after 9 months as Project Manager and Bridge System Engineer.
