Acting Senior Support Worker
CurrentVibrance Autism Specialist Services provide community-based day opportunities for clients with ASD, complex needs and those who can at times exhibit challenging behaviour. This service is accredited by the National Autistic Society and based in Green Lane (Goodmayes).A temporary secondment opportunity for the post of Senior Community Access Worker; we are looking for a confident and capable individual who can think on their feet, respond quickly to unplanned changes, is proactive and can cope calmly with potentially stressful situations. There is strong team ethos and the ability to communicate effectively (and maintain good relations), with people at all levels is essential. Experience of working with autistic individuals would be useful, however a can-do and positive attitude is more important. You will be supporting clients to access the community - all our clients have individually tailored timetables and 1-1 support
