Preparing and Making of ET Jumper cables using Coaxial Cable strippers a Press Master and DMC MH800 Crimping tools ready to be laid.Running in the Jumper Cables across the Digital Distribution Frame (DDF) across various BSC cabins across the UK ready for the Night Migration team.Ensuring all labels are correct checking Circuit Details, testing the Ports on the ADM.Night Migration Swapping out SGSN ET's (Exchange Terminals) from Nokia Siemens Network equipment over to Huawei SGSN equipment for the end client Everything Everywhere Orange & T-Mobile.Testing GPRS coverage to ensure cutovers are completed and working correctly, using field test software to determine the correct Location Area Code (LAC) then sending various files over the network via FTP Server.Being compliant with mandatory procedures, locking & Alarming of BSC Cabin/compound & signing off site.

The provision and repair of telephone lines within customers' premises and BT's underground/overhead network and at various BT exchanges.Working either singly or in teams that are mobile within a defined geographical area Commissioning & modification of BT network services provided by the Main Distribution Frame (MDF). E.g. Training to upgrade Nokia equipment hardware/software in Telecom Exchanges across the UK involved with RNC CDSP and remote BSC/RNC upgrades.Staying away overnight as required
