• Full Stack development for Financial Services client within Agile team.• Re-engineering legacy applications as new micro-services with modern CI/CD pipelines.• Implemented a feature that performed complex modelling calculations that eliminated daily workload for users.• Built and integrated front end with the backend API services using Appian. Also involved extensive testing of API end points in Swagger.• Ensured security and user authentication in Keycloak and performed biweekly deployments from Dev to UAT using UDeploy.• Performed Junit tests on a reusable library that transforms Kafka streams to leverage Spring Extension Language.

• Extracting large complex datasets from backend tables using SQL Dremel or SQL Google. • Utilizing Excel and GoogleSheets to pivot and visualise sales data in trend graphs, enabling the sales team to efficiently interpret the data to advise clients allowing clients to make clear data driven business decisions, creating and collating custom data solutions for key strategic partners and key markets, according to client revenue targets and client KPI’s .• Building interactive, user friendly dashboards for external clients and internal stakeholders from dynamically loaded datasets using both SQL Server and DataStudio to allow stakeholders from all departments to analyse and interpret data.• Developing strong internal relationships with key account managers and achieving high customer satisfaction through internal CSAT platform. • Supporting the implementation and optimization for Googles Programmatic monetization and Platform solutions for Google Global Partnership sales users . • Proactively innovating systems including analysis and optimization of client standard operating processes, internal tools and products to drive efficiency and scale.

• Acting as Project Lead for large scale digital transformation project which included the migration of internal systems including awarding winning Safety Extranet. This project involved complex data cleanse, data verification, and data migration which allowed external customers to have live access to their data for the first time. • Managing two summer interns which included tracking their KPIs and SLAs. Meeting with direct reports daily and weekly to ensure that project targets were met. This hugely assisted with the progress of the Safety Extranet project management overall. • Provided graphic design services to Head of Infrastructure for presentation to Senior ESB directors on SIRO NTFON BackHaul Project. • Assisting the Tower Operations Department with data verification for both The Safety Extranet Project and assisted Tower Operations departments to ensure that all high priority towers in Ireland were within their load capacity under planning and regulations in order to be upgraded for 5G. This was required as part of the 5G implementation in Ireland. • Assisting ESB Enterprise Services with Windows 10 operating system migration. This involved 40 system migrations across 6 departments.

• Asset Services Appeals Board Secretary: Coordinating n and scheduling of Appeals Board meetings, recording of minutes and subsequent circulation of minutes to Board Members and Senior Management • Managing of CCMA/CPC and SME complaints from bank mandate and issuance of regulatory letters to complaints within mandatory regulatory timeframes

• Inputting client data into T24 R7 and T24 R15 Management System, commonly used by banking institutions.• Reviewing client AML/CDD documentation as part of periodic reviews or on the occurrence of trigger events, ensuring that all regulatory requirements are attained;• Screening customers for Trade sanctions and Politically Exposed Persons (‘PEPs’) and escalating to Compliance Department where relevant; • Tracking and logging all CDD reviews, and ensuring that internal and client SLAs were met;• Assisting management of the Rabobank/ACC PEP project. This project involved large scale complex data verification in accordance with AML legislation.
