I am a Mortgage Advisor with the Mortgage Alliance Company of Canada, based out of the Mortgage Pro offices in Ottawa, Ontario. As an advisor, I help clients who are looking to re-finance, renew an existing mortgage, take equity out of their home or purchase a new home, vacation property or investment property. As well, I can help those who are having.

Through coaching and leadership, I guided my team of representatives towards personal and professional achievements, contributing towards the overall success of client contracts, as well as the call center. This involved rapidly disseminating client and Convergys policy changes to peers and direct reports and managing resources to achieve a balance between.

I was selected among 20 of my peers to lead a team of mentor representatives in a month-long launch of the Time Warner Cable Residential programs in the Philippines contact center sites. This involved coordinating with local and Philippines administrative departments for pre-deployment planning of travel itineraries, visas, documents and on-ground.

As a member of the Naval Reserves of Canada, I was a proud member of the Canadian Forces and Navy for nine years, achieving the rank of Leading Seaman in the Naval Communicator trade. I was responsible for all shipboard communications through several technologies, ranging from radio telephony and satellite communications to visual signalling through Morse.
