Digitally connecting the patient pathway end to end is something I’ve long been striving for and we're starting to see traction with ePrescribing and eReferrals.I'm currently consulting to Cervin Limited helping GPs and Specialists use eReferrals through Secure Messaging, leveraging my extensive experience as the Digital Health Manager at Sydney North Health Network (SNHN) and South East Sydney Medicare Local (SESML).At SNHN I led the creation and delivery of their Digital Health Strategy and my team successfully completed 2 concurrent 3-year test bed projects for the ADHA, working with multiple stakeholders across multiple disciplines, including, GPs, specialists, aged care professionals, pharmacists, other internal teams, the Local Health District and Macquarie University.
