I greet incoming customers and get them their desired beverage. I take their orders and ask if I can make any suggestions. I also take them their food and get them anything they need including the bill. I always bus the tables and clean them after the customers leave.

I started out as a Direct Support Professional working night shifts on weekends taking care of individuals with developmental disabilities and helping them be as independent as possible. I quickly worked my way up to Staffing Coordinator which does the same thing weekly, but also oversaw staffing for their house. I was demoted back to DSP because of reports that were not disclosed to me but I kept full time status. I was later fired for the same reports and informed it was for “stirring the pot”.

I greet and seat incoming customers. I also take their orders and bring them food and anything else they need. I also act as cashier and as a busser.

I answer emails and phones, make reservations, wash laundry, fold laundry, handle cash and credit charges, and clean and organize the lobby.

I acted as a baker for Safeway. I mostly handled the doughnuts and bagels. I also helped prep for the next days work load and washed dishes.

I acted as an office assistant by restocking supplies in the office, distributing mail for staff and residents, and working on projects for the Residence Hall Coordinators. At times I also booked and setup the Central Washington University Wellington Event Center for events. I also answered questions daily and resolved issues as they came along.

I cleaned both empty and stay over rooms for the hotel’s future and current customers. While cleaning and maintain a clean space, I was expected o great customers and provide them with superb customer service. I was also expected to clean and stock the carts we used to clean the rooms efficiently.

I organized and set up files. I also shredded important documents. I would replenish supplies when need be. I also occasionally delivered packages to UPS and FedEx.

I made coffee by making shots and foaming milk and adding it flavoring or not. Sometimes, when we weren't busy, I would bring the coffee to people.
