Duties & Responsibilities Support the business analysis on Programmes / Complex projects to develop an optimised solution to meet business need that is appropriate, deliverable and affordable ensuring the avoidance of incompatible architectures and maximising the leverage of existing architectures.Ensure solution integrity/alignment with customer needs; benefit assumptions; and target architecture throughout Project / Programme life-cycleEnsure that risks/issues are raised and/or escalated with solutions/options for resolution including where these compromise benefit deliveryAppropriate use of tools & techniques that support the delivery of working software in incremental stepsOutputs aligned to the Aviva standards, frameworks, methodologies and governance, which demonstrate intelligent analysis and include recommendations and proposals, which deliver the customer outcomes. Study existing information processing systems to evaluate effectiveness and promote enhancements in systems to improve production or workflow as required.Analyze and document business requirements in details by using User Stories, Functional Specifications and communicate them clearly to Stakeholders and Software Development Team.Maintain all Requirement Artifacts during the Software Development Lifecycle.Verify all requested requirements are included in the product, and the product does not implement the features not required;Be a communication bridge between Client and Software Development Team, between internal Development Team.Provide technical guidance and monitor Associate Business Analyst and Business Analyst.Take a Business Analyst Lead role in Projects and be a key member in a Business Analyst team.Participate in other activities to improve the service of the product and other process alignment (e.g. internal audit, R&D, etc.….)

- Take the responsibilities to support Partner implementation/ consultant team in daily support tickets via ticketing system, email, chat, phone … about CADENA HRM system which has been designed for that country.- To conduct the necessary training activities to the partner to give them the ability to implement CADENA HRM product, as well as to understand the expected working procedure to ensure the project is managed properly.- To work with partner to study the insurance, provident fund, tax law of the country, and document all the law into the required specification document to handover to the internal team such as development, quality control.- Manage the implementation projects in countries as a project manager role (following CMMI procedure) when required; or join the implementation procedure as a consultant or business analyst role.- Work with development, quality control team to establish the software delivery plan that has been agreed with partner for standard products, or project customization. And monitor the schedule to ensure the product will be delivered on time.- In-charge to do the necessary requirements analysis, documenting, testing on the new update, delivery; and also make the necessary documentation in English such as: help file, update notes … for relevant functions before sending to partner.- Be willing to travel to other country in cases of the onsite presentation, demonstration or installation is required by clients or partners.- Follow up the project status of each country, manage the license expiration for each clients …

Microsoft Office: Train to use, fix and upgrade all applications in MS Office such as Pivot Table, Mail Merge, Macro and VB code.ii.
