Test Engineering Department- Perform Integration and Technical Lead role to lead a variety of projects to deliver new technology processes and automation equipments from the early NPI stages until Production Ramp, covering all stages of project management such as initiation, planning, execution, monitoring and closure.- Build, develop and lead matrix engineering teams across multi-functional groups (~100 engineers) to deliver NPI projects for 30 Intel products across multi-national factories (US, China, Israel, India, Malaysia, Costa Rica) to meet business goals related to schedule, safety, quality, cost, productivity and delivery.- Manage risks using DFM and FMEA throughout the project lifecycle; share knowledge and provide early and continuous feedback to influence Product Design teams in terms of mechanical design, automation design and testing method design during product development, ensuring new products are adopted production-friendly designs before Ramp.- Develop supporting strategies for the product roadmap in the production line with advanced process engineering solutions to improve quality and efficiency; collaborate and communicate with various stakeholders and higher management level effectively on technical health of the program, mitigation plan to ensure full awareness and get the right support.- Manage project budgets, resources, capacity, materials and supply chains efficiently to achieve NPI milestones, build plans and operational objectives.- Lead production ramp and manage manufacturing operation for key products to ensure efficiency and effectiveness and meet delivery targets with high quality output, even during Covid-19 pandemic.

Test Engineering Department- Play a crucial role on the new advanced testing platform by detecting software bugs and collaborating with the development team to optimize equipment automation software and reduce downtime, develop new machine vision methods to enable inbound & outbound scanning for tested materials, improve control bit to detect and eliminate quality issues.- Work with equipment vendor engineers to provide preventive/corrective actions for machine issues, drive teams to solve technical challenges, execute 24/7 effective sustaining processes and ensure high-quality output for the whole fleet of critical products- Conduct DOE and analyze data to understand and figure out solutions for critical problems related to product mechanical, thermal and automation process; understand and improve process performance yield, AAB test, retest rate, recovery rate, module availability, productivity and capacity, and failure analysis.- Coordinate Tool qualification to make sure Tool material & design are fully validated prior to Ramp with the purpose of minimizing tool-related issues such as tool damages, product chipping, cosmetic contamination and Test Board Socket damages.- Develop automatic scripts and data visualization using SQL, JMP, Python and ASP.NET.- Engage in business travels to learn and enable new automation testing technology generation.

Assembly Engineering Department- Engage in Advanced Equipment Training (L3) on Material Handling System in Germany; assist new machine qualification; share experience and build sustaining process in Intel Malaysia; transfer Strip products to Vietnam factory, successfully lead the installation of new automation tools.- Lead automation equipment installation, qualification, process improvement and sustaining activities with deep understanding about process capability Cpk and Gage Repeatability & Reproducibility; calibrate machine’s cameras and laser scanning devices to measure unit position, height and alignment, detect unit out of pocket.- Drive equipment specialist groups on DOE, jig/fixture calibration process and process control to reduce downtime and tool alarms as well as increase PnP speed and accuracy.- Play a key role in automation development, enabling the tool performance monitoring dashboard and auto report systems for all Intel sites using SQL, JMP, VB.NET, C#, JavaScript.- Manage module cost effectively and contribute to spare cost saving effort; work with supply chain team to qualify new contractor manufacturing supplier for equipment belts; present abstract about cost saving in Vietnam Technical Excellence Conference and Intel Manufacturing Excellence Conference in the US.
