Assistance duty:Consulting Raffles Medical Group HQ IT on solutions for the Group to merge country clinics to the Group operation (6 clinics in China,3 in Vietnam and 1 in Cambodia)Projects experience and achievements:China, Cambodia and Vietnam clinics rebrandingFull IT systems transition to RMGThis is the most challenging migration program as we are moving from a local-global IT system to work under another global IT system. This is an on-going program from the day the JV was formed up and would last until the last clinic completely moves to RMG infrastructure.

• Business partner management• Definition and ownership of all regional Application Product Catalogue profiles and Roadmaps• Managing and contributing to the implementation, integration, design and development of regional business solutions that support the local business needs of SSEA, including guidance and alignment with business process and structures• Programme Management of all business applications projects across the supported regions• Management of solution vendors, in conjunction with Group Business Applications, Group Infrastructure, Global IT Operations, key business stakeholders and other project managers• Contributing to successful organisational change management, including the consulting, advice, training and support of end users throughout solution implementation and operational support• Transitioning implemented solutions to the operational business owners

Scope of duty:Main duty: in charge of Information Technology and Telecommunication related task of IT department for the entire International SOS Vietnam company. I have in my team 4 staffs providing these ICT services to 3 International SOS Vietnam clinics and 2 offices, 300 employees.Existing work scope:I have carried over with me all experience and knowledge on managing Information System from previous company to International SOS Vietnam and with an extended requirements and larger scope of IT services support but with less IT staffs (starting with 2 IT staffs since 2007). The services provided are:• Servers installation and maintenance.• Client desktops, laptop helpdesk for around 150 users nation wide.• PABX system implementation and maintenance.• Networking maintenance for 5 offices• Maintenance and development work for local application (in-house developed)• Coordinating with the company Global Shared Services department to provide centralized helpdesk support and system maintenance (Security, Patching, troubleshooting…)• Cooperative with the company Corporate IT department to maintain and physical assistance for users on Global applications• Project management for those projects which involve IT such as: office move, automation process, software development…• Creating standard Process, Policy and provide training for users.Projects experience:1) Nortel PABX upgrade and Call Center application implementation in year 2007.2) HCM clinic move in year 2009.3) Hanoi clinic move in year 2010.4) Software development projects since 20094.1- totally 5 additional functions for existing application.4.2 - totally 3 new customized software/ applications4.3 - Clinic enhancement systems rollout in 2 other countries outside of Vietnam (Cambodia & Myanmar)

o Management of IT Departmento Direct report to local General manager and Triumph regional IT.o Prepare budget forecast for IT infrastructure.o Management of Server, client PC and networking deviceso Management of software operation such as Microsoft Windows server and XP, Veritas Backup, Lotus Notes and production software.o Imlementation of regional IT projects under regional guideline.o Propose IT solutions to enhance business operationo The major projects accomplished:- Microsoft Active Directory rollout: implement a Domain Controller to join Triumph global AD. Migrate from Novel NDS File server to Windows 2003 File servers. Migrate all Novel workstation to Windows workstation- Implementation of Site-to-site VPN: coordinating with regional IT to connect Triumph Vietnam to Triumph global VPN network.- SAP implementation preparation: In charge of coordinating with regional Management and rolled out subsidiaries to update the latest news regarding SAP implementation in Triumph Vietnam. Budget forecast for implementation. Internal meeting and planning to prepare for the implementation.
