- Acting as leader of R&D, PR and Customer Service Teams. - Assisting BODs on project developments. - Participate in Marketing activities on presentations and updating market knowledge. - Analyze the risks for company investments and make reports to BODs.- From Jan 2022: Taking the role as Secretary of the Members’ Council of General International Logistics (GIL), a joint venture between ITC and CMA CGM to develop in barging and logistics business, acting as the connection point between the Members’ Council and GIL top management.

- Leading the operation department in vessel operation at HCM City and Cai Mep terminals. - Assist Head office and Board of Directors in dealing with terminals and vendors. - Main PIC for handling claims and operations problem solving. - Working with government agencies for handle legal issues in regard of vessel operations and equipments.

- Taking key role in the commercial team to re-develop container business at SITV, together with other specialised projects.- Successful in introducing SITV back to container business, also actively participate in other projects, including highly appreciated reports about logistics and port to headquarter.

- Receiving customers’ orders of logistics services and working with related parties and vendors to ensure the services proceed with highest quality.- Directly work with carriers’ representatives, internal parties and transportation vendors to handle customer services issues, ranging from container delivery schedule, berth and equipment availability to ensure terminal’s services are in order. - Succesfully solved various problems and received positive evaluations from clients and the Board of Directors.

- Carry out regular market conditions update with regard to shipping lines, ports and related logistics.- Search opportunities for finalizing deals with customers aiming to achieve commercial target set up.- Execute commercial outdoor activities (visiting customers, receiving guest at site, organizing event, etc.)- Follow up required documentation for terminal service contracts.- Build up statistics update (container traffic, trade/commodities breakdown, etc.)- Handle customer service in coordination with other SITV sections/departments regarding inquiries and complaints.

- Build and maintain relationships with business chambers, associations and others. Have connected Saigon Newport with EuroCham, AmCham, CanCham, ICham, InCham, VNR500, VASEP, VPAs, Preferred Freezer Services..- Monitor the service quality at Tan Cang - Song Than ICD; report to managers and directors.- Develop plan to build up Brand identity system for the corporation and the subsidiaries.- Assist and participate in building Marketing collaterals (brochure, video clip).- Translate documents for the Joint Ventures and the events.- Customer Service Officer at Cat Lai Terminal.- Compose and translate operational and business news for the SNP’s website, Press Releases.
