Regional Application Consultant
Current- Provide applications excellence to drive and shape all the company's products.- Work closely with the Sales Managers / Sales Engineers / Product Managers to troubleshoot product issues at customer sites and help rectify the situation for the customers.- Introduce new products to the local offices, and Key Customers and End-users- Support sales strategy to grow our business through service, relationship, product knowledge, and application knowledge.- Support sales efforts by cultivating strong relationships with end-users and consulting engineering by providing product training, information, recommendations and troubleshooting issues.- Identify potential new product applications and communicate concepts to Contracting Sales Force, Product Management and Engineering to develop new business.
