Sale - Looking for client who have demand to use headhunt service, introduce Viecoi Service, meeting with client and close the contract. - Give Advice client about potential candidates and get enough JD's information.- Conduct to searching, interviewing candidates and sending suitable candidates to client, set ineterview with candidate- Finalize offers and follow candidates during the probationary period and build good relationship with candidates- Retain future and existing clients well- Make regular outside sales, telesales and sent marketing materials to prospects- Apply the Telephone Appointment Getting approach to telephone sales to establish contact with the prospect clients- Develop close business relationship and establish on-going clients’ recruitment need- Identify Attitude, Skills and Knowledge of the job from clients to facilitate effective recruitment drive- Market and map suitable candidates to potential clients- Training for new member2.
