Main duties:­ Manage more than 30 Marketing employees with nearly 10 different projects­ Act as liaison between corporate marketing and local office (and vice versa)­ Compose and edit all press releases and track local media mentions pertaining to our company­ Initiate and maintain positive and productive relationships with local media sources­ Organize, plan, and implement client events which foster strong client relationships and promote the company, including dinners, industry meetings, and charitable involvement­ Manage marketing online channel ( SEO, Social media, Forum seeding, Email Marketing, Analytics, ... )­ Development of a strategic marketing plan, with clear aims and objectives, timetable and costs and a differentiated approach ­ The management of the marketing budget­ Organization of specific marketing events, as required­ Manage all elements of the Company brand to ensure that it remains consistentwith the values, personality and objectives of the Organization­ The planning, implementation and evaluation of advertising and other promotional strategiesPerformances:­ Hold a campaign with more than 150k users register and attack 1b users playing game­ Use 1/3 buget but get 50% turnnover for the other projects­ Overweight the expectation of board management about 10-15% turnover/month­ KPIs, reports, employee evaluation system (30 differents KPIs)
