Potential $30-40MM Sale of a Leading Gold Jewelry Retailer • Worked with the management team and client’s deal partner to create 5-year financial projections for use in info memorandum and teaser; created a financial model showing potential IRR returns in 15% – 25% range.3. Potential $30-40MM Sale of a Leading Pangasius Exporter • Prepared valuation using public company comparables, precedent transactions and DCF; management interview and industry analysis showed the company was under-valued by 20%-30% • Formulated a list of 100 potential buyers that lead to 5 potential buyers proceeding to sign NDA and subject to the non-binding offers.
