Validated and demonstrated siRNA in vivo models for RNAi therapy preclinical studies in ocular drug including laser-induced choroid neovascularization (CNV) models, Oxygen-induced model of retinopathy of prematurity (OIR), and rat autoinflammatory uveitis and rat autoimmune uveitis.• Successfully obtained precise samples of human ocular tissue by microdissection for study tissue specific gene expression analysis.
