I am responsible for overseeing the end-to-end development of an autonomous race car to compete at Silverstone in the summer of 2023Key Responsibilities:• Manage a team of over 15 members, including remote team members, to develop the autonomous race car• Develop and evaluate novel path planning algorithms to optimize vehicle dynamics and performance• Research and incorporate cutting-edge AI algorithms to achieve performance-oriented results• Work with industry leaders to learn about the industry and the effective utilization of their tools• Market the AI team to companies for sponsorship opportunities• Build and maintain relationships with other Formula Student teams for knowledge transfer and to lobby for testing time on limited equipment• Host outreach programs for high school students to generate interest and educate them on the work we do

Working as part of the Global Open Finance Technical Standards Working Group, I played a pivotal role in building a digital library of technical standards in Open Finance API security, digital identity, and related technical infrastructure. This started with the research and compilation of significant information on open banking regulations in over 100 markets. My responsibility included Iteratively designing and structuring the library to allow for the objectification of data to present to non-technical shareholders. Using this library, the team and I would discuss with regulatory actors elements of their new or revised standard. We also advised on standards of benefit for third-party clients. Due to the insight, I was able to provide, the internship was extended for me to stay on board for additional objectification of data and working alongside the data science team. This was to follow through with an algorithm that I proposed to identify economic impact with the causation being regulatory open banking initiatives.
