At Centurion Pipeline, I was responsible for full-cycle recruiting, developing internal/external communications, and determining what made Centurion a unique place to work by defining the employer brand.Centurion Pipeline was acquired by Energy Transfer in May 2023.

Responsibilities included, but was not limited to, full-cycle recruiting, offboarding, processing employee data changes in Paycom, and enforcing company policies and practices.

As a member of the Total Rewards team, I was responsible for enhancing the employee experience by designing and developing internal communications, developing content for social media that highlighted employees, managing the employee recognition program, and analyzing results from focus groups and surveys to develop recommended next steps.
