I have more than 10 years of project support and business analysis experience. I specialize in maintaining project management systems, developing presentations and reports, mapping and analyzing technical and business processes, as well as implementing process improvement. I graduated with a B.B.A. degree in Entrepreneurship from the University of Texas at San Antonio, which has given me a valuable education in all areas of business (Operations, Marketing, Sales, Finance, and Accounting). I love problem-solving through new ideas and innovation and using technology to its fullest potential. I will bring new ideas when it comes to efficiency and process improvement, I am very tech-savvy and love to innovate/automate wherever I can.My skillset consists of project planning with tools such as Microsoft Project, Asana, Trello, Smartsheet, and others. In addition to working with Project Management software and both Agile and Waterfall methodology, I have a wide range of technical and “soft” skills that enhance my ability to lead and facilitate complex projects while communicating effectively with different audiences and skill levels. Most recently, I have been developing my skills in gathering business and IT requirements, developing test scenarios and test plans, and creating process maps.My passions and interests are technology, finance, sustainability, and entrepreneurship.
