Designers Guild; Customer Service Account Executive Coordinator. LondonApril 2007 – On Maternity until April 2016 Designers Guild leads the way in contemporary interiors, and supplies fabric, wallpapers, bespoke furniture and home accessories to both trade and retail clients. This Customer Service role required superior knowledge of the practical usages of fabric and wallpaper, and a detailed awareness of the industry as a whole, and likewise required a practical and creative approach to problem solving. Main Duties:• Client management for large accounts such as John Lewis, Polo Ralph Lauren and Harrods.• Responsible for our Irish sales representatives, which included a close and demanding liaison with both reps and clients.• Managing all new accounts and pending applications• Dealing with general phone and email enquiries• Helping the admin team where necessary. • Sample ordering, and order placing• Assisting clients with schemes, and offering practical advice relating to our products.

Working in a retail environment providing exceptional customer service and demonstrating product knowledge and maximising sales. Responsible for greeting customers with a smile and creating a friendly, welcoming atmosphere and providing them with detailed information in products and servicesMain Duties:• Providing information to customers to help them select the best products, as well as Identifying customers who need assistance on the shop floor• Keeping up to date with all current promotions within the store• Being alert to thefts and fraudulent bank notes, cheques or credit cards• Making sure the store in clean, tidy and safe at all time

- Providing administration support to on site engineers and updating the system- Managing all incoming laptops and providing accurate information from clients to configure laptops to the engineers- Dealing with inbound and outbound calls with regards to queries and problem solving- Regular contacts with clients and planners to gather information on the software that needs to installed on the client’s laptops - Keeping a record of all the laptops and writing monthly reports - Prioritising workloads and response on a daily basis and meeting SLA

- Dealing with incoming building and maintenance calls- Resolving problems and complaints quickly, satisfactory, efficiently and in an effective manner - Closing down and chasing jobs that need further action - Understanding of the Maximo and Vizelia system
